SUNNY EGG & CHEESY SALMON

Who needs sauce when you’ve got a runny egg and melted cheese?

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 pink salmon patty
  • 1 egg
  • Spoonful of lite shredded 3-cheese blend
  • Green onion, finely chopped for decoration
  • Coconut oil spray

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Fry the salmon patty in a covered pan until both sides are golden. At the same time fry the egg, sunny-side up using coconut oil, in another pan with no cover.
  2. Place salmon patty on plate and sprinkle cheese over it before topping it with the egg. Add some green onion on top of the egg and serve.
