Who needs sauce when you’ve got a runny egg and melted cheese?
- 1 pink salmon patty
- 1 egg
- Spoonful of lite shredded 3-cheese blend
- Green onion, finely chopped for decoration
- Coconut oil spray
- Fry the salmon patty in a covered pan until both sides are golden. At the same time fry the egg, sunny-side up using coconut oil, in another pan with no cover.
- Place salmon patty on plate and sprinkle cheese over it before topping it with the egg. Add some green onion on top of the egg and serve.
